1980’s Colleyville Remodel gets a Modern Open Floor Plan

This Colleyville bathroom remodeling project had a familiar bathroom layout common to communities in, (Grapevine, Plano, Keller and Colleyville) where the Master vanities are back to back and there are 2 entry doors into the room.

You can see the result of the poor space planning; The space has structural divides which eliminate any focal possibilities as well as reduction in natural light and poor traffic conditions going in and out of the bathroom.

Our understanding of how a client wants their space to feel is essential in creating custom interior bathroom designs that not only are aesthetically pleasing but an extension of the client’s personality and vision.

Aside from design goals, we try to understand our clients’ expectations and working style. Some clients expect us to make all the decisions. Some are very hands-on and want to be a integral part of the team. By taking the time to understand our clients at the beginning, the design process is smoother, more efficient and enjoyable.

Due to experience in bathroom space planning, bathroom design, bathroom interior architecture and major remodeling project management we easily navigated the interior structural wall removals, plumbing drain, water supply and venting movements, electrical, insulation and HVAC needs to create the new bathroom envelope.
